Need "Click to buy" selection for HPR music

So so many times I'm hearing a great musical selection, usually between programs/segments, and I don't know how to find the name of the tune so as to buy it; if not a buy button, then announce the names of all tunes however short they may be.

What would work is an application, similar to how iTunes/Pandora works—a way to click and buy music one hears on HPR 1-2.

Along the same lines: Someone is eventually going to offer a car radio that has an instant replay button. It would allow one to press once to hear the last 15 seconds or twice to hear the last 30 seconds. Often I'm enjoying the music and am not listening closely when, at the end, they give the name and composer or, I miss a something the announcer just stated.
