communicating:

Are we communicating to teachers through the present low pay structure that we are not satisfied with our educations?

If we were all doing well would we not automatically be driven by love* and respect to ensure that our teachers, our mentors, were satisfied with their pay?

Perhaps we are unconsciously paying teachers back for their inability to get into communication with us and inspire us to excel. Maybe we resent the fact that with few exceptions they supported our mostly mediocre performances. Had they been skilled leaders and communicators they would have at least insisted upon everyone mastering legible penmanship before graduating.

* Love is the litmus test. If there is no experience of love, the absence of which is always an indicator of significant thoughts being withheld, then both the student and the teacher are doing his/her imitation of communication.
