Definitions:

Incompletes: One barrier to the experience of success, happiness, and love is the unacknowledged accumulation of life's unsatisfying conversations. In communication coaching jargon these are called incompletes. ( more )

Integrity: Whole, complete, nothing added, nothing missing. ( more )

Withholds: A withhold is any thought withheld for any reason.

Examples of withholds

Perpetration: A perpetration is anything you have done or not done for which you feel badly. In this context it has nothing to do with the law. You may or may not be aware that you feel badly about it due to having so many other perpetrations. If another thinks it's a perpetration and you don't then it's not, at least not for you at this moment in time.

Examples of perpetrations

Acknowledgment: An acknowledgment is a conscious communication with self, or another, that affirms a result.
